OVERVIEW: The Flexicraft EP metal expansion joint neatly solves the problem of long axial travel for expansion joints. They come standard with long compression movements of 4" and 8". Other style expansion joints could require two or three joints for the same application. They can also be configured as doubles with intermediate anchors, if greater movements are required and they are centered in the pipe run.

Pipe guides are required for use with these units and for all metal expansion joints, and are available from Flexicraft. See our training video for details.

FEATURES:

  • Allows long axial compression movements of 4" or 8"
  • Kept in stock for 150psi class, with 300psi class available
  • Available with either carbon steel flanges or weld ends
  • Can be configured as a double or single with an anchor base
  • Packless for maintenance free operation

APPLICATIONS:

  • Thermal expansion of piping where long compression movements are required
  • Direct Burial systems

TEMPERATURE:  to 500°F
