OVERVIEW:  Flexicraft custom braided metal hoses, featuring our SB1, SB2, and SB3 series, are engineered from corrugated stainless steel for the most demanding fluid transfer applications. Built to your exact specifications, these highly adaptable hoses serve a broad spectrum of industrial routing needs well beyond standard flexible connector applications.

  • SB1 STAINLESS SINGLE BRAIDED METAL HOSE

    SB1 is a very popular corrugated stainless steel hose with a single stainless steel braid. It is resistant to bursting, cracking, and crushing, while being quote flexible.  1/4" to 24" diameters. -320F to 1500F.
  • SB2 STAINLESS DOUBLE BRAIDED METAL HOSE

    SB2 is a corrugated stainless steel hose with a double stainless steel braid for a higher pressure capacity than the SB1 single braided hose. It is resistant to bursting, cracking, and crushing, while being quite flexible.  1/4" to 24" diameters. -320F to 1500F.
  • SB2VHP STAINLESS BRAIDED METAL HOSE

    SB2VHP is a very high pressure corrugated stainless steel hose, with pressures higher than the SB2HP. 316LSS inner hose for corrosion resistance. 1/4" to 6" diameters. -320F to 1500F.
  • SB3 STAINLESS HIGH PRESSURE BRAIDED HOSE

    SB3 is a very high pressure corrugated stainless steel hose with a stainless steel braid. It has similar pressure capacity to the SB2VHP, yet retains excellent bending with a close pitch design. 316SS inner hose for corrosion resistance, with larger diameters to 12". 1/4" to 12" diameters. -320F to 850F.
  • BB1 BRONZE SINGLE BRAIDED HOSE

    BB1 is a corrugated bronze hose with a single bronze braid. It has a high pressure capacity at high temperatures. It is resistant to bursting, cracking, and crushing, while being quite flexible.  1/4" to 3" diameters.  -50F to 450F.
  • MODEL FF CONNECTOR

    Flexible Connectors stocked with 150# carbon steel flanges and stainless steel hose & braid in three standard lengths. From 2" to 14" diameters. All others fabricated as needed.
  • MODEL TT CONNECTOR

    Flexible Connectors stocked with carbon steel MNPT thread ends and stainless steel hose & braid in two standard lengths. From 3/8" to 2-1/2" diameters. All others fabricated as needed.
  • MODEL GG CONNECTOR

    Flexible Connectors stocked carbon steel grooved ends and stainless steel hose & braid from 2" to 12" diameters. All others fabricated as needed.
  • MODEL SS CONNECTOR

    Flexible Connectors stocked with copper sweat ends and stainless steel hose & braid from 1/2" to 3" diameters. All others fabricated as needed.
  • MODEL CSA CONNECTOR

    Flexicraft provides a braided metal connector with CSA / AGA approval. Available in c/s weld or MNPT thread ends, from 1/2" to 4" diameters.
  • MODEL MSLFG SANITARY FLANGED CONNECTOR

    A bonded FDA silicone liner is embedded for a food grade sanitary, clean-in-place design. The flanged connectors range from 1-1/2" to 8" diameters.
