OVERVIEW: The Flexicraft Ultraspool premium expansion joints are the most versatile rubber expansion joints available.

The Ultraspool expansion joints come in diameters from 1" to 120", and can be made with any elastomer material, and are stocked in EPDM, Neoprene, Butyl, and Nitrile. Because single, double, and triple arch models are available, various movement requirements can be met. Non-standard designs are manufactured as required, and with a PTFE liner as the Tefspool expansion joint. 

Other options include alternative elastomers, filled arches, 304 or 316 stainless steel flange backing rings, or special bolt hole drilling. Large inventories are kept at our warehouses to allow for quick delivery.

FEATURES: 

  • Robust design with integral rubber flanges for secure connections
  • Available in multiple rubber elastomers from stock, with specials easily available
  • Available with optional control unit tie rods to prevent overextension
  • Moves in both axial and lateral offset directions

APPLICATIONS:

  • Any lower temperature systems requiring thermal expansion, settlement, or other movement where chemically compatible
  • Compensation of misalignment

TEMPERATURE:  250°F for EPDM & Butyl , 230°F for Neoprene,  212°F for Nitrile
