ULTRASPHERE EXPANSION JOINT

OVERVIEW:  The Ultrasphere is the the most widely applied rubber expansion joint available today. For a reasonable cost, it provides good pressure, temperature, and movement characteristics.  It also helps to control vibration and noise transmission. Neoprene, EPDM, and Nitrile materials for these expansion joints are all stocked. 

The floating metal flanges on the expansion joint freely rotate for easy installation, and it comes with tapped holes which eliminate the cost of nuts.  Drilled holes are also available, as are stainless and metric flanges. The optional control units may be critical for your application, and should normally be used.  See our training video for details.

Ultrasphere Twins are used exactly as the standard Ultrasphere, but it allows greater compression.
