UNIVERSAL TIED BELLOWS LOOP

OVERVIEW

The Flexicraft Universal Tied Loop is an engineered flexible piping solution built for large-diameter lines (16" to 36"+) and higher pressure systems up to 300 psi. Available in standard U-Type and compact V-Type configurations, these loops eliminate the severe anchor load challenges.

In large lines, internal pressure creates massive hydrostatic thrust loads that can overwhelm building structural steel. Universal Tied ML Loops resolve this by using dual universal tied bellows assemblies. Integrated heavy-duty tie rods fully contain internal pressure thrust within the loop itself, ensuring building anchors experience only the minimal deflection spring forces of the bellows.

Custom engineered to absorb thermal and seismic movement in all three directions, each assembly features a field-split design with factory-welded companion flanges for easy freight transport and fast jobsite rigging. Loops can be installed horizontally (most common) or vertically to suit tight space constraints.
