Y BRONZE SWEAT

Model YBS bronze Y-type strainers are recommended for use in potable water, marine, and other applications.  They are available up to 2" diameters, and include 304 stainless steel screens. The strainer bodies are ASTM B-62 bronze, and have sweat end connections.

The screens are accessed by way of a threaded cover and blow off plug.
Maximum operating pressure and temperature are 300psi, 100F.  For water service, screens have 20 mesh screens.

Other materials, perforations, mesh linings are available.
